  • DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from this dealership in November, and by the beginning of December the transmission had already failed. The car would not even reverse. Clearly the vehicle had serious issues before it was sold to me. Instead of properly resolving the situation, the owner switched me into a 2017 Ford Fiesta. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle had the same transmission problems. Within about three weeks, the exact same issues started happening again. I brought the car back and was told it had been “fixed.” Not long after, the problems returned again, so I took the car back a second time and was once again told it was repaired. Since something still felt wrong, I decided to get a diagnostic test done myself. The results showed the transmission code “Friction B Stuck On.” To make sure, I had a second diagnostic test done — and it showed the exact same problem. So what exactly was “fixed”? Nothing. It appears the code was simply cleared from the car to temporarily hide the issue and send me on my way with a completely unreliable vehicle. Now I’m being told that I need to pay for an entirely new transmission, which makes it obvious that this was likely a known problem from the start. I have now been placed in two different cars from this dealership, and both had serious transmission issues. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels completely dishonest. Instead of taking responsibility for selling defective vehicles, I was repeatedly sent away with cars that were not properly repaired. If you value your time, money, and safety, I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else
