We had a great experience with Cooler Depot while outfitting our dessert shop, The Cake Pop Co. in Bloomingdale, IL. Mike and Daphne were both incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process and made everything easy from start to finish. We purchased an undercounter freezer, a reach-in cooler, and a refrigerated display case, and we're very happy with the quality of all of our equipment. We did run into an issue with one of the coolers after installation, but that's when their customer service really stood out. Jennifer was amazing—she responded quickly and arranged for a technician to come out and repair it without any hassle. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. We appreciate the excellent service from Mike, Daphne, Jennifer, and the entire Cooler Depot team. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased commercial kitchen equipment from Cooler Depot in Bolingbrook, and I wanted to share our excellent experience, especially thanks to Sami for his outstanding support. We actually drove all the way from Chicago to place the order in person, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Sami was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right equipment based on our needs. His customer service was truly top-notch, very polite, responsive, and efficient. The quality of the products we received is excellent. Everything was well-packed, brand new, and exactly as promised. Delivery and coordination were handled quickly, which made our setup in Kansas much easier. One more great thing is that you don’t even have to visit in person, orders can also be placed online, making it very convenient for anyone outside the area.
