  I can't begin to tell y'all how great Christiana and Michael O a dedicated to giving optimum customer satisfaction. Before I visited them, I had went to various other car lots trying to get a special deal done because my financial situation wasn't ideal. Needless to say, I ended up at iDeal Auto Sales of Staten Island because all else failed at other dealerships. I walked into iDeal as a last Hope effort and was immediately embraced by Christiana who diligently put me straight to the back to her manager Mike and I didn't have to do anything else after I explained my situation to them both. They were on it with great effort and seamlessly make the deal work and I couldn't believe it, but shortly after walking into their dealership, hydro wolf with a deal better than I was even hoping for with a vehicle that I like so much. It was like I brought a car from great friends of mine. That's how I think of them now. RS

  Came here with my dad and had the pleasure of working with Michael K. over at ideal auto of Staten Island. Michael was very patient and helped get us an amazing deal on a Lexus.
