  I love this dealership! It's got fancy coffee machine, cold bottled waters, snacks, clean bathrooms, and nice decor. Most of all, I had an amazing experience buying my first minivan for my family. My salesman DAVID SONG took care of my purchase from beginning to end without any hiccups. I hate pressure sales and haggling. I got up front pricing and detailed price breakdown. No tricks or gimmicks. Just honesty and great service. David was easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. It was super easy to upload necessary documents online via phone so I didn't have to sit in the financing office for hours signing paperwork. I would recommend all my friends and family here. And did I mention that my wife is super happy with our KIA Carnival? This minivan is fire!!

  Tustin Kia might just be the new go to spot for getting your Kia serviced. Honestly, it’s already number one for me and they’ve only been open for a month. The design is clean, modern, and simple, with a cozy interior that feels inviting the moment you walk in. Main floor is not yet completely furnished but upstairs is...but ill get to that. If you already love the Kia dealership you normally visit, this place might just change your mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. From sales to the front desk, everyone greeted me warmly and kept me informed throughout. Guiding me to their lounge areas with snacks. Yes areas. I'd like to consider them having 3. They’re open now, with their grand opening set for the 18th. Upstairs, you’ll find a sales/lounge area with a great view, furnished entirely by Haworth. Comfortable, stylish, and overlooking the dealership and mountains. I hope the lounge upstairs stays open and welcoming to all in the future. I even heard that on some Saturdays around 11am, they bring in Chick-fil-A, which is a pretty awesome bonus. If you need a shuttle home and your local. They might even set you up in an Uber/Lyft for your pick up and drop off, if needed. I got to my appointment early and was given a 90min time of completion. Have to say, spot on. Maybe it's luck or maybe it's a standard this Kia is setting early. I guess time will tell. I’d challenge anyone to find a better Kia dealership in the area. I’m willing to bet you can’t.

  I was driving down the I-5 and saw this Kia dealership, so I decided to stop by since it showed as open online. I didn’t have any expectations walking in, but I was greeted by Joanne right away. I told her I was just checking out the dealership and seeing if there were any promotions going on. She showed me around and even walked me through some of the 2026 models, which were pretty nice. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy a car today, she still took her time to show me around and explain each car. When I’m ready to buy a car in the next few months, I’ll definitely come back here. The service and staff were friendly and never pressured me to walk out with a car. Thanks again to Joanne!
