  Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. 5 big, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We reserved a 2027 Telluride X-Pro a few weeks ago at MSRP, which honestly feels unheard of with Kia dealers, especially for a high-demand vehicle. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly fair. Ashley (our sales associate) and Tommy (manager) kept us in the loop the entire time via text with updates on the vehicle’s progress. No chasing, just clear communication, about price and expectations. And the price they give us was the final price when we got the car! Picking up the two nights ago was shockingly easy. No surprises, no pressure, no upselling games (again… for a high demand 2027 Telluride the first week they are released!). Washington (awesome name) helped us with the contracts and was incredibly patient, kind, and candid. We had an honest conversation about which services actually made sense for our family (and which didn’t) and that level of trust made all the difference. Kia Tustin is a newer dealer, but if they continue delivering this level of service, they’ll have customers coming back for years. Highly recommend.
