  I didn't know much about Kia until about a years ago when several of my friends and family purchased them. They all raved and clearly were happy with their choices. I researched a lot and although Kia had problems in the past, they've come a long way and they back that with the best warranty in the business 100,000 mi or 10 years. That's incredible. I visited in different Kia dealer first and was extremely disappointed in the high pressure sales tactics and the lack of knowledge of the salesperson. I was still interested in a Kia so I thought I'd try the Tustin one. It was a great decision. Rooz and I corresponded over email and text and he answered all my questions professionally and politely, so I made an appointment to see him. The experience was excellent, very professional, and a beautiful brand new facility in. (I really love the coffee machine ) He obviously knew every single button and cubby hole practically blindfolded. I'm not going to lie. I was impressed. He knew his stuff. The rest of the staff was very good and there was no pressure but of course they do want you to eventually buy, but I was straightforward with where I stood at each point and they respected it. I ended up discussing it with my wife. We had been loyal fans of one of the big Japanese brands but The Sportage was perfect and cost less and had a much much better warranty. The tech in other companies would be at the luxury car level. I brought my wife down and introduced her and she was treated like a queen and they were very patient going over the entire car again after having done it with me. The biggest thing I wanted to mention was some surprises such as during the finance portion of the deal that he gave me three services. So that's oil change with tire rotation and top off fluids. So my first three services are free. Pleasant surprise. The other thing was Rooz set up our accounts in the car. My phone worked fine but my wife's phone wouldn't completely connect and he spent over an hour after we had already bought the car trying to get it to work. He was very knowledgeable about tech. By the way. I'm happy to report it works fine. I hope they can keep this high level quality. If they can they will have a loyal customer for many many years to come.

I would like to leave a stellar and outstanding review for both Joanne and Johnny at Patterson Kia of Tustin off Auto Center Dr!! :D A little background: I was driving my 2003 Toyota Camry XLE hand-me-down from grandparents (since 2023), when it started experiencing a slow coolant leak this year in mid November. The mechanic shop told my dad and I that the Camry was no longer drive-able due to the engine over-heating, so sadly I had to let go of my grandparent's car... The repairs to fix the Camry would have been between $4-5k for the loose head gasket! However, to my surprise, my father (David Barnum -- former Audi South Coast sales representative of 13+ years) met Joanne yesterday, Dec 7 at the new Kia of Tustin off Auto Center Drive. He was helping me out with a little "car shopping"... and was able to find a new Kia Soul 2025 LX in stock, the last one on the market apparently before the discontinue! I am beyond pleasantly surprised with the kindness and helpfulness that Joanne provided to my father and I yesterday while checking out the dealership and learning more about the Kia while closing the deal. We felt right at home at the dealership with Joanne and Johnny! My dad also knows some sales people over at the Mazda of Tustin as well, so it felt like we were like family to be honest!! Joanne went above and beyond with customer care and customer service and was incredibly helpful and informative. She totally made the shopping experience really enjoyable and I am super duper looking forward to driving my first ever brand new car! :) Highly recommend Joanne and Johnny over at Tustin of Kia! They will work with you with the outmost professionalism and compassion. I really appreciate it guys :) They even went ahead and accepted the Camry as a trade in for $1500. Also, a shoutout to Kia the dealership itself! They support good causes around Orange County... such as Autism Speaks, Boys and Girls Club, Didi Hersch, Oc Rescue Mission, CHOC hospital, Second Harvest Food Bank, etc. They've got the support and business of my father and I for sure! Looking forward to taking my new baby out on the lot very soon!!
