  • I had a great experience working with Rony at the dealership. He went above and beyond to take care of me. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He communicated clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and made sure I understood everything about my vehicle. That level of customer service is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting him specifically for future service. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone who genuinely takes care of their customers.

  • Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Took nearly two weeks for them to get my car back to me, only to tell me my covered warranty repairs were not covered because they didn't meet a very specific requirement. They charged me $350 to deny my warranty, and when I asked for inspection information, proving what they claimed, I received nothing. I have still not heard from them. Their service department is disorganized, resulting in me having to work with multiple people just to get any answers on my car after receiving radio silence for 2 weeks. Never bring your car here. Drive far if you have to. Do not give them your money. Genuinely the worst dealership I've ever been to.

  • Update: I emailed both the general manager and the service manager. Neither ever replied. The second time we were told our car would be ready, the service advisor, Ken, told us he would call when the paperwork was finished, he again did not call. He left without contacting us that the paperwork was ready and we could pick up our car. Luckily we decided to just show up for our car. DO NOT take your car to this dealership. Extremely disappointed with the service experience today. We dropped our car off at 8:30 AM and were told it would be ready this afternoon. When we hadn’t heard anything, we started calling around 4:45 PM and received no answer multiple times. At 5:40 PM, I finally reached someone who informed me that our service advisor had already left for the day at 4:00 PM and that our car was NOT finished — with zero communication to us. Now we are left without a vehicle and scrambling to figure out how to get our child to school and get to work. This level of poor communication and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic updates and transparency. I would not recommend this service department based on this experience.
