We had a phenomenal experience at LAX Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and we can’t say enough great things about the entire team that helped us throughout the process. After visiting a number of dealerships and not finding the right mix of service, professionalism, and deal structure, we finally found what we were looking for here — and then some! From the moment we arrived, Armando, our sales consultant, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He truly wanted us to find the right vehicle for our lifestyle, and that care and attention made a huge difference. We ended up going with a Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe, and we absolutely love it. Chase, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and straightforward — no gimmicks, no games, just honest communication and a clear willingness to make the numbers work. He created a deal structure that felt fair and transparent, and he really took the time to ensure we were comfortable with every detail. On the finance side, Ara made the paperwork smooth and stress-free. He was efficient, friendly, and walked us through each step with clarity. You can tell this team values customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to deliver it. We also want to give a shout-out to Chris in sales — even though he wasn’t our direct rep, he jumped in to support the process and answered our questions without hesitation. It truly felt like a team effort. This is hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. The vibe at LAX CDJR is different — it’s relaxed but professional, friendly but knowledgeable. Everyone we interacted with genuinely cared about making the experience positive. If we could hop in our DeLorean and go back in time, we’d make the same decision all over again — and we’d hit 88 mph just to get back to this team. Huge thanks to everyone at LAX CDJR!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the LAX Jeep dealership. I dropped my car off on a Monday for a check-engine light. They didn’t have the parts, so I had to pick it up the same day to get to work. When I picked it up the check engine light was turned off, however, the issue still wasn’t fixed. I dropped it back off the following Tuesday morning so they could replace the parts, and again picked it up later that day. As soon as I pulled up to get my car, my tire was actively going flat. I was told they couldn’t fix it due to the type of damage, which was understandable. I was working with a service rep named Ken, who told me no shops in the area had my tire and that he could get it “the next day.” I later found out this was a lie. I called around myself and multiple places had it in stock. While they did replace the flat with my spare tire, the overall workmanship was unacceptable. • Two of my tire caps were missing • A screw in the back of my jeep was left undone • The access piece for my gas cap (inside the trunk) was left hanging and not put back together When I returned to show these issues, I was completely dismissed by Ken. He looked me directly in my face and told me they didn’t remove the screw that was left out “because why would we do that?” He also mentioned that all of the screws were loose and that it just happens over time. Another thing Ken mentioned was “kids probably stole the wheel caps,” claiming this happens “all the time.” He also told me I “can’t come in angry,” even though the problems were a direct result of things left undone during service. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive a service report or proof of what parts were replaced until six days later. On Wednesday I was told to “call back Monday” to get it. The combination of being lied to, dismissed, ignored, and spoken to with zero professionalism left me in complete disbelief. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish . I can say with absolute certainty that I will never be taking my car back there. This dealership needs to shut down for a week and put their staff through a customer service and accountability training course. After this experience, I don’t doubt a single one of the negative reviews already posted about this place.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! As a woman, it’s rare to have a good experience car shopping, especially when you go alone. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and informative from the moment I arrived, and never once made me feel stupid or scoffed at any questions I had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends.
