My sons and I drove over an hour from Wisconsin to look at a car, and from the moment we walked into the shop, we knew we were in good hands. When the car didn’t start right away, they didn’t cut corners by just charging the battery, they put in a brand-new one. They also fixed the brake sensor before we even left. They were upfront from the start about a crack in the windshield and had already planned on fixing it before selling the vehicle. They walked us through our options with honesty and flexibility, keeping our convenience in mind the entire time. When none of the shops near us had the windshield available, they personally set up the appointment and paid for the windshield repair themselves. It was a drive, but it was absolutely worth it.
