  • Absolute waste of time. Avoid at all costs. This was hands down one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances — even if you’re desperate. I scheduled an appointment twice. Both times, I showed up and there was nobody available to help me. Once, the doors were literally closed. No call, no message, no explanation beforehand. The exact same thing happened to my brother as well, so this clearly isn’t a one-off mistake. To make it worse, I received multiple calls every single day leading up to the appointment to “confirm” it — even though it had already been confirmed. This just shows a complete lack of communication between employees and zero management oversight. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. On top of that, I was left on read multiple times when trying to follow up. When I finally did get responses, they came with ridiculous excuses instead of accountability. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat people after they’ve bought a car. Unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of your time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
