  • Hi there, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Luxo Motors, a used car dealership that truly breaks the mold. Used car dealerships often come with a certain stigma, and many times, it's for good reason. However, I am writing this review in the hopes that my words might shift your perspective and encourage you to give Luxo Motors a chance. Throughout my life, I've purchased many vehicles and have always been quite specific about what I want. During my most recent search on Marketplace, I found the truck I needed. With less-than-perfect credit, I was apprehensive about the typical hassles of dealing with car dealerships. Despite my skepticism, I decided to inquire about the truck by sending a message early in the morning, around 7 am. To my surprise, I received a response almost immediately. Jairo, the salesperson, responded even before he left his house. From our very first interaction, I could tell he was different. He treated me better than most of the big chain dealers I've dealt with. Jairo reassured me that he would be able to help me, and though I've heard that promise many times before, he kept his word. Through numerous calls to the bank and working out the numbers, he proved that there are still honest people in this business. He made me feel like family, to the extent that I no longer feel the need to visit a big chain dealership again. Jairo has earned my business for life, as well as that of my family and neighbors. If you're still reading this review, it's because you appreciate what I'm saying. I urge you to take it a step further and give Jairo just 10 minutes of your time. You have nothing to lose but those 10 minutes. See for yourself the exceptional service he provides.   • Amazing staff members and super helpful! Me and my mom came all the way from Bradenton to here looking for an suv and they did their absolute best to make sure we leave with a nice car! The 3 hour drive to here was definitely worth it! Despite my mom’s bad credit, they gave her a great car and made her a payment plan super affordable and it will bring up her credit. They have so much patience; we were there for at least 2 hours but that was on us. Their names are Edwin and Jairo. They also speak English and Spanish. They also said if there are any problems with the car we got, for one year, they will take care of those problems without charging us. And if we don’t like it, they give us a few days to return it and get back our previous car. Overall, absolute best service, would 100% recommend them.
