  • Just bought a truck here a month ago. Was pleased with Rick. He’s the only reason this review is getting two stars and not 1. Communication on numbers was a fog. Only qualified for certain trucks and I had to drive up many times to get the deal done for a truck I’m now having issues with. Here we are not even a month later!!! I can NOW tell the truck has been wrecked before. Literally spray paint on quarter panel. The alignment had to be fixed, which they did that. I have ball joints going out on my control arms And the truck died today on the grand Parkway possibly due to a bad alternator. Engine light is now on and was probably cleared before purchase. What I bought from this place was a fixer-upper that was poorly fixed, thrown back on the lot for up charge. Not a happy customer or happy with what’s going on.

  • Plate issue with them . I paid for my title transfer and plates and they never gave them to me and I got a renew sticker alert 🚨 when I never got my sticker or plates from them . I been trying to call them and try to get this fix or try to come up with an agreement but then been giving the run around. Always a oh sorry the lady is not here or oh sorry she is on vacations or oh sorry let me look into it and call you back or oh am sorry manger is not here call back later or oh am sorry manger step out call later or wait on the line . Always soemthing but never can talk to someone mind you I been having the truck since May . This is why I rate this place a 1 star

  • Dalila was very informative and helpful during this extensive process to get my stepson into a vehicle. At the very end it was all worth it. Nothing but smiles leaving the lot. They just don’t work with you here at this wonderful dealership they actually work for you!!! Thank you again Dalila.
