  Just bought a truck here a month ago. Was pleased with Rick. He’s the only reason this review is getting two stars and not 1. Communication on numbers was a fog. Only qualified for certain trucks and I had to drive up many times to get the deal done for a truck I’m now having issues with. Here we are not even a month later!!! I can NOW tell the truck has been wrecked before. Literally spray paint on quarter panel. The alignment had to be fixed, which they did that. I have ball joints going out on my control arms And the truck died today on the grand Parkway possibly due to a bad alternator. Engine light is now on and was probably cleared before purchase. What I bought from this place was a fixer-upper that was poorly fixed, thrown back on the lot for up charge. Not a happy customer or happy with what’s going on.

  Honestly I'm the type of person who is very skeptical after hearing or reading things especially when it comes to being as something as buying a vehicle so I decided to see for myself I went to the dealership three or four times before deciding to buy I was helped by an older man his name was Rick the most personable real person you would ever want to meet he's only been selling cars for 4 years can you tell me about his past as a private investigator before becoming a car salesman I felt totally at ease I test drove the truck I wanted he told me if I found anything wrong with it to tell him and he would have that issue or issues fixed I went through the process I decided to leave the vehicle overnight before picking it up because he told me he would have been fixed immediately wow I picked up the vehicle the next day and the problem was fixed I've had this vehicle 8 months now he gave me his personal cell number I call him or text him he always responds talk about customer service this man is probably the most honest and real person salesman you will ever meet I have actually sent two coworkers since purchasing my truck and they have told me thanked me for referring them to him there's a lot of horror stories about car salesman or dealerships don't listen to them go see for yourself I promise you this guy is the real deal and by the way he will probably tell you God doesn't like ugly so he doesn't do ugly give your praise and glory to God every morning because tomorrow is never promised! That says enough of this man so if you visit this place look for the old guy Rick
