  • We were looking into buying a used car. JJ greeted us and we went to his office and told him what we were looking for my wife. JJ came back with 4 different options after he had all my wife's information. My wife test drove the vehicle she loved and we drove away that day with our Family vehicle. Shout outs to JJ and Michelle. They were awesome and answered all the questions that we had. JJ habla Español.

  • I almost never write a bad review until today. I would highly recommend avoiding Newport Motors unless you carry a ASE certified mechanic with you in your pocket or have them put the car on a lift for you to inspect. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I still have my car and loved it until finding out it had over 6 thousand dollars worth of suspension, undercarriage damage not covered in the CarFax or disclosures. The management was quick to answer with a "your on your own sort of response" and had "no honor" or "no integrity" to make anything right. Very disreputable! Very sad day when all they care about is getting the car off their lot to wash their hands. (Picture is an alignment report from my BMW dealer).
