  I almost never write a bad review until today. I would highly recommend avoiding Newport Motors unless you carry a ASE certified mechanic with you in your pocket or have them put the car on a lift for you to inspect. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I still have my car and loved it until finding out it had over 6 thousand dollars worth of suspension, undercarriage damage not covered in the CarFax or disclosures. The management was quick to answer with a "your on your own sort of response" and had "no honor" or "no integrity" to make anything right. Very disreputable! Very sad day when all they care about is getting the car off their lot to wash their hands. (Picture is an alignment report from my BMW dealer).

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Newport Motors thanks to JJ. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. What really stood out was his knowledge, patience, and attention to detail. He answered every question thoroughly, never pressured me, and truly made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. JJ made the entire buying experience feel easy and exciting, which is not something you find often when purchasing a vehicle. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for JJ. He is hands down one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Newport Motors is lucky to have him on their team. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family and will absolutely return for future purchases!

  Bought a used traverse…. The sale guy said we do all the maintenance before selling vehicles. I needed a car for the family at the time since our car was going out. The sale person said the bank including the warranty so if anything happens the car would be covered. Made me a little more comfortable with the purchase…. I went home I felt like the car had a slight hesitation pulled a park plug out and it had the original ones. The at the time had 112k miles maintenance was not don’t like the sale person said… he as told me that the transmission service was done before me taking the vehicle. I went ahead and got underneath the car and checked the level the fluid was black. Never done. At this point am looking into my paper work about the warranty…… the transmission is covered but guess what the bank didn’t cover the warranty…. They included it inthe small print I was charged for… this is my fault for not checking. But I trust them. So avoid this place at all cost they lie about maintenance…. Lie that the warranty is covered by the bank…. The car smelled like smoke and they said they would detail it and wash carpet am none of that was done. So to get the vehicle road worthy I spent about 800-900 plus within the first 30 days. I also included a pic of the spark plugs just to show.
