Overall, everything went well in the beginning. So far so good with the car. The employees service very well when it came to test driving the car and getting the paperwork filled out and stuff along those lines. A few things that upset me is the one key that they gave us. The battery was almost completely dead as well as the key itself look like it had been ran over. I mentioned another key and they gave me a third-party number which is OK I guess but it would have been nice if they would have offered to get us a new key. So then at the very least I said, could you at least replace the battery in the key? They said yes no problem. That never happened then there was a loose piece of plastic where the buttons are to move the chair back-and-forth on the driver side it was completely detached from the seat. I asked them to fix it. It never got fixed. Then the floor mats that they had in the vehicle did not belong to the vehicle. The detailing was subpar and that’s my fault for not taking a closer look. Whoever did it must have done it with their eyes closed. And the last thing is the stickers that they put on the back of the vehicle yet again my fault I didn’t notice this until after the purchase otherwise I would’ve asked them to remove them which they probably wouldn’t have done anyways. So overall after the entire experience, I would not recommend this place. We will see in about 3 to 6 months after I’ve been driving the car how it’s doing. As I’m writing this review and looking at the vehicle, I am noticing that there are no caps on the tire stems. It seems this dealership just doesn’t care about the details. They want things in and out as fast as possible and they just don’t care. there’s no passion there’s no customer care. It’s just a place to go and buy a car and you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. I hope this review helps someone.
*RAVE* Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Brian (sales) Mark (finance) and Pete (GSM) went above and beyond the call of duty in every way to make my grandmother comfortable with every aspect of the purchase process and helped her get approved for a vehicle she loved in a very difficult situation. It can be very intimidating to send entrust a loved one into a dealer's care in a tough spot and I am so thrilled with they way they handled her purchase top to bottom.
I only leave a bad review when I feel it’s justified. The salesman Tristian was very nice to work with. After coming to an agreement on a price via texting and CARFAX pictures and report when we made the trip to the dealership today to pick This truck up, I was dismayed. The inside of the cabin was absolutely filthy, and there were stains on the roof of the cabin that have been conveniently left out of the pictures on the Internet. Also multiple scratches on the vehicle again left out of the pictures. A broken tail light left out of the pictures. A couple other things, but you get the picture. The test drive was the icing on the cake. I had asked the truck be taken out and test driven to make sure that it wrote smoothly at 75 mph before I make the trip. This was done and reported to me all is well. However, when I drove the truck, there was play in the steering column, along with vibration in the truck wanted to seem to pull to the right. Having said that we were extremely disappointed with our experience and we shared that with the manager. Who was very polite and understanding. Knowing we were coming the day before and presenting that truck to us in the condition it was in, especially on the inside was unprofessional. When you know you have a buyer coming and you have an entire morning to detail a vehicle and it isn’t done. It’s just not a way you should run a business. There are no excuses.
