  I purchased a vehicle on May 23, 2026 from Sales rep Alex who I had been communicating over the ohone prior to seeing the car since I didnt have transportation of my own. An uber was offered to pick me up but I was able to get a ride from family. Overall the experience was very informative and detailed. Alex was very helpful and worked around my budget the best he could. The on site mechanic was also very helpful! I appreciate all the help from both gentlemen. The reason i’m going giving 4 stars was because I believe we got there at 12:15 and didn’t leave until 4:30pm. The process was very slow, the car did not have enough gas for a test drive (then had to wait for it to be filled) nor was it even properly cleaned prior to my appt (though they said I can bring the car back to get it fully detailed). The interior of the office didn’t look kept up either. They offer water/coffee. Staff is very friendly as well. No issues with the car and i’m very thankful for that. I would still recommend this place to others looking for an affordable used car
