Buying a car is usually stressful, but Alpha Motors made it easy. We bought a 2015 BMW earlier this month, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Malik was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The car looked great, ran even better than expected for its age, and the price was a solid deal for what we got. What really stood out was how they handled our concerns. Malik had the brakes replaced and the interior detailed before we picked it up. After we got it home, we noticed a little noise from one wheel—Malik arranged for it to be checked out, fixed, and they even replaced a faulty brake sensor. I recently had a deer total my old Subaru. I did a lot of looking and found Alfa motors. They were advertising a very nice Impreza wagon at a fair price. Being a Subaru tech I knew what I was looking for mechanically speaking. I gave it a good once over and the car was exactly as advertised. A late model with higher mileage, very clean and dealership maintained. They had not yet reconditioned the car so I was able to negotiate, the tires were kind of worn and it needed an oil change. Since I had a set of new tires I was able to get the price down a bit. They also delivered the car to me since I was driving a loaner from my employer. Everything went smoothly and as we agreed. Now I've had it a few weeks and it runs and drives great. Many thanks to the Awan brothers, Malik and Riz. As Malik said "easy peezey". Thanks again!
Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Riz and Malik were very professional, and the whole process only took about five minutes. I was approved for financing through Thrift Investment Corp, and everything was quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, reliable car.
