I stopped by looking for a fridge and ended up finding exactly what I needed. The prices were really fair compared to other places I checked, and the selection was great. The staff was friendly and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful she answered all my questions and made the whole process simple. You can tell they care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances.
I paid a visit to the store on Monday. I was in need of replacing two appliances. An electric stove and over the range microwave. Sorry. I failed to say while on fb on Sunday I saw an ad . I sent a message inquiring if they could send pictures of their electric rangers they have for sale with pricing, warranty on the two items I needed. I received a prompt reply. I honestly thought I wouldn't get a reply until Monday. The only questions not answered when asked is if they offered delivery and if they do what was that cost. The second question I asked was if they offer haul away ? if so the cost of that. A young lady assisted me in the store. I didn't ask for her name until I had paid for my appliances. One of my receipts was signed by her but her signature for me was illegible. When she said her name it was pretty. I repeated it but failed to ask for the spelling 😕 (rats). I am going to say its Eliana she was helpful and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had . I received a business card for the store if I had questions after leaving the store. She asked when I would like to like to have delivery. I responded for tomorrow between 11am-1pm if the Lord spares. They offer same day delivery but I opted for next day . 😊 I recommend this small family owned business for your appliance needs. The store was three blocks from the first home I purchased in 2012. Tuesday is here and I am getting excited about the delivery which should take place between 11am-1pm. Jose the delivery driver called my mobile at 11:50am . I answered he advised he should be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. Jose arrived safely 13 minutes passed his estimated time. I was informed by Eliza the day before when I was in the store that the delivery driver speaks broken English when I asked. While Jose was getting my non working Frigidaire stove ready to be removed out of my kitchen another man entered my home. Jose said the man's name which I do not remember. He had a wide smile. I asked him if he spoke English he replied espanol. Jose & I had difficulty eventually. Thank goodness he had a translator app on his phone. The question he asked me was if my old range was to be placed in my garage or taken away. I replied take it away which they did. They brought in the new stove that was wrapped in plastic. It was placed in the same spot that my Frigidaire was removed from . They gathered the plastic wrap and took with them . Jose said good bye as he and his partner were returning to their work truck 🚚 . I stopped them in their tracks 👣. I asked what about the over the range microwave. Jose said they were not obligated to install the microwave. I told him to call 📞 Eliza at the store then I spoke with her. These two men were only responsible for delivering the range with installation. Eliza now had the task of finding someone to come to my home 🏡 to install the over the range microwave. She called me back and the delivery arrangements were made . That is scheduled if nothing happens to take place on Saturday between 12pm-1pm and that is the end of my story. P.S. I wasn't aware until the stove was delivered its an induction stove . I had to purchase cookware exclusively used on an induction stove
Great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and actually cared about helping—not just making a sale. Prices were solid and competitive, and the store itself was super clean and well-organized. The lady at the front desk stood out—very helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.
