Yesterday we drive from OC to look at a 6 speed manual Civic they had in the lot. The car was fabulous and so were the team at the dealership. We brought the car home. Luis, Tom and Robert helped us through the process. I’d happily shop at Sierra Honda in Monrovia again! Thanks guys…
I had an amazing experience with Honda Service, and I especially want to shout out Niki for going above and beyond for me! I originally came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but when I mentioned that I had a cracked part, she got it ordered / scheduled for the next day and had me in and out quickly. Everything went smoothly and everyone was super friendly. Niki did a great job and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
My recent visit to Sierra Honda with my service advisor Billy Tam was the BEST!! Going to get your car serviced can sometimes be intimidating, but Billy makes sure your experience is the exact opposite of that! When I arrived, Billy reviewed the recommended services. This was not simply just a 'read a long list of things my car needs and sign on the line' type of experience and help the next person (I have had that experience at other service centers, who hasn't?) Billy hand wrote a summarized version on a piece of paper and when I asked questions about each type of service and what it entailed, he very easily was able to explain each item to me. I had additional follow up questions about the service details and asked him to break down the purpose of each item. He was not only super knowledgeable, but very patient, explained things well and made me feel very comfortable about the decisions I was making for my car. I dropped my car off and within an hour, Billy called me with an update about my service and the findings before I came to pick up my car. By the time I arrived I really had no questions at all! He was also great at determining my 'promised pick up time' at check in, so it was so easy to plan the rest of my day! Billy Tam is the best and I only go to Sierra Honda when Billy has an opening! Thanks so much for help, Billy!!
