I flew with my Brompton and on arriving came out of the box with the chain completely flummoxed and I had the wrong tools. I brought it over to Mike at Sole and wow!!!! He helped me out immediately, got me back on the road in a moment. What a great bike shop - super positive caring attitude and bike knowledge. I'm grateful!!!!! And super convenient to the most bikeable boardwalk ever.
I bought my bike here over the summer from Mike and have been back a few times to get help on minor things. Every time, Mike has been incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the quality of service you get here in addition to the great product!
Dropped in spontaneously and a super customer oriented manager called Mike helped me. He fixed my bike's tube while I was jumping on a call for 5 minutes. Really good service and great chat. Thank you, see you soon!
