  • The waiting room isn’t to bad but it be nice to change the channel sometimes. But my issue is I took my car to get worked on back in Oct Pedro was supposed to help me with my warranty since my car is due for some repairs everything he asked I submitted and since than been a waiting game I would call back asking how everything he said he never received anything or he would be like did I get his message but I never received anything from him no text voicemails email nada. I recently called the shop and requested another person to look into this matter since I feel like Pedro is being dishonest about communicating on his end no shade or disrespect but it been on going and if they are busy it would be nice if someone one would say something like we busy but we didn’t forget about you but nothing like I said that was back in Oct it’s already Dec.

  • The waiting area has tea changed and not for the best. They used to have cold waters or soda in the mini fridge and not they don’t have any at all not even in the vending machines. The coffee was empty, the coffeemate was empty and the tv was not connected and after we asked for help the receptionist said she wasn’t sure how to fix it or where to get water for the coffee 😑 are u serious.. was waiting for 3 hours there.

  • I would not take my vehicle back here if they paid me to do so. Never in my life have I had more of a run around from people who had no idea what they were doing. A simple recall turned into the worst vehicle headache of my life
