I came in with less-than-perfect credit and honestly was not sure if I would be able to get approved for a vehicle. Despite my situation, Moe treated me with respect, professionalism, and patience from start to finish. What stood out the most was his willingness to work hard on my behalf. He did not give up on finding a solution and took the time to explore different options with lenders until he was able to secure financing for me. Having bad credit can be stressful and discouraging, but Moe made the process feel manageable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that he was straightforward about what was possible and what was required. There were no surprises, and he explained everything clearly so I could make an informed decision. In the end, he was able to get me into a vehicle when other places might have turned me away, and that meant a lot to me.
