Marty and Josh in the service department are great! They are knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard to find a genuine GM compressor for the A/C in my Colorado. The work was completed and they got my truck back on the road. Now I'm chillin'. Thanks!!
Great place! Great guys! Great service! We were in Visalia going to Kings Canyon/Sequoia NPs and when we tried to get our Chevrolet Silverado serviced everyone was booked solid. Richard’s took care of us and even offered to wash our truck for us at no cost. Almost makes us sad we don’t love here instead of Texas! We highly recommend them!
My experience with Richards chevrolet has always been excellent. Customer service is always kind and friendly. Service being honest, and efficient. My car was returned so shiny and clean. I feel like a valued customer always leaving very grateful.
