  • Superb overall company. Had to replace 3 patio doors in my home and Super Impact had all products in stock. They came 3 days later after paying initial deposit to install and I had a great experience. Process was very smooth dealing with them and they did everything we agreed upon. Installation team was clean, fast, covered all furniture and floor to minimize dust and keep everything clean. I really recommend this business and i am very happy to support small local businesses such as them and you should also.

  • I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I ordered a single glass door on October 30, 2025, and paid a 50% deposit. Since November 25, communication has been non-existent. They have ignored every email and phone call I’ve sent seeking a status update. It has now been nearly three months with no product and no accountability. They are happy to take your money, but they provide zero customer service or transparency in return.
