I recently purchased a Mercedes from Inkars auto sales. I originally came in looking for a Bronco, but after comparing the two, I realized the Mercedes offered more interior space for myself and my family and was priced very close to the Bronco, so I decided it was the better fit . The buying process was straightforward. I traded in my Jeep and completed the purchase with financing arranged through the dealership. The owner Chris was very kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed. They even offered to give us some water while we were there, which was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience more comfortable. During the test drive, I noticed a couple of issues with the tires and that one of the lights wasn't working. I pointed them out and Chris asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could address them. Since I've only recently purchased the vehicle, it's too early for me to comment on its long-term reliability. So far, it comes with a 1year warranty and my experience with the staff and the purchasing process has been positive, and I appreciate their willingness to address the issues that were identified.

Let me start by saying that everyone that I dealt with at InKars where all very friendly and helpful… however I believe it is important to know a few things before buying to set expectations. 1. I bought from them off cargurus and there is a very small disclaimer at the bottom that says the car is actually $5,000 more expensive than the listing price. 2. You are buying a used car so expect to have some repairs (I paid an extra $3,500 in repairs the first week of having the car) 3. I received the car with an empty tank of gas and a key that the battery was almost dead. All in all the team there is great but the delivery could be better.
