  • A close friend of mine had an absolutely unacceptable experience here. A truck was sold without an emergency brake installed, which is illegal in the state of Florida, and it was sold to a senior Marine Corps veteran. When the issue was brought to their attention, instead of taking accountability and fixing a serious safety violation, they chose to block him and every family member who tried to advocate on his behalf. That says everything. This isn’t just bad business—it’s dangerous and deeply disrespectful, especially toward elderly customers and veterans. There is no excuse for this behavior, and people deserve to know before trusting their money or safety here.

  • I highly recommend Motor City of Ocala! I've bought two vehicles through them now, one five years ago and my new Honda just a week ago, and both times I've gotten exactly what I wanted. It was the best car buying experience! They are amazing people there. Very efficient and helpful. When I had a small issue with the new vehicle I just purchased they were able to take care of it immediately with no hassle! Over all It was a wonderful experience and I love my new car. I will be going to them for my next one!
