I had a really great experience at Motor City of Ocala. Billy was extremely helpful, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and worked hard to help me find a vehicle that fit my situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to help, not just make a sale. I truly appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend asking for Billy if you go there!
I highly recommend Motor City of Ocala! I've bought two vehicles through them now, one five years ago and my new Honda just a week ago, and both times I've gotten exactly what I wanted. It was the best car buying experience! They are amazing people there. Very efficient and helpful. When I had a small issue with the new vehicle I just purchased they were able to take care of it immediately with no hassle! Over all It was a wonderful experience and I love my new car. I will be going to them for my next one!
The guys at Motor City are amazing and are willing to do anything to help you get into a car THAT day. My poor 2004 Ford Explorer was on its way out and I was hoping it would last till the end of the year but lights starting coming on and burning oil smell from the leaking head gaskets was worrying me since I drive an hour one way to work. I had just put in a new alternator and battery and the ABS lights and 4x4 lights were coming on and decided I couldn't wait any longer. I found this gorgeous red Ford Focus online at Motor City used cars and their reviews were impressive. I went down there only expecting to look at it and let them know I'd be back in 2 weeks with my down payment. I didn't qualify for a traditional loan so they financed me in house and even allowed me to split my down payment into two payments (made the 1st one Friday). I'm able to pay bi-weekly with my paychecks which is so convenient and I drove off the lot in my new car that day. I'm enjoying ice cold air, no burning oil smell, no lights lit up on my dash and I love the touch screen with navigation, Sirius Radio (I signed up for of course) and other awesome features. I will be sending anyone who asks me about where to find a car, to Motor City out on 441. You guys ROCK!
