We are very satisfied with the service provided by this dealership. They offer excellent vehicles at very attractive prices, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. Just like any car dealership, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. They have a good deal and are willing to work with you to get a better deal. For any question one may have, they will break it down into an easy-to-understand manner. They have a shop where they fix cars to the best of their abilities. They may forget to mention some minor details, but they will take care of any major ones before they quickly sell it off their lot. It's a small lot, so try waiting a week as they discount vehicles to free up space before getting new cars in. Finance vehicles is probably the worst part, as they only have one option, WestLake Financial. Good if you have terrible credit, but it will keep you in the money pit longer with scams along the way. Get approved elsewhere before buying from here. Just like this car dealership, Ride Shack, provides transparency in the buying process and lets you opt out of these scams and spam calls. In the end, I got a car that drives with some minor issues while saving a couple of thousand dollars and a gallon of gas. Seriously, try to haggle with them and see what you could get.
Working with JJ at Ride Shack was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle! The whole process was quick, efficient and easy. The trust he placed in us was reciprocated. JJ was helpful in navigating the internal clients within the business to make the sale happen! We were able to do the deal, process the paperwork and drive home with our new (to us) Mini Cooper in British Racing Green in less than 2 hours! I would recommend working with JJ at Ride Shack to friends and family without hesitation.
