This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Found Century online; I came here on a whim after waiting around for 2 weeks for Rivard GMC. Alejandro and Carol at Century GMC were amazing! No hidden fees or old school BS tactics. The process was extremely fast, smooth, and transparent despite the complicated 3-car transaction with title changes etc (which they did all paperwork for the third car as well, and I really appreciate that). I had to come back again to re-sign a document that originally had a small error, and they offered to filled my gas tank for the inconvenience. Their prices are reasonable and the staff offers tons of help both on & off the lot. It was refreshing to go to a dealership that isn't pushy and actually appreciates/cares about you. I take good care of my cars and they see that. I will be getting my next car at Century in the future!

Their communication made me feel like a VIP customer. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I test-drove it, felt confident, and ended up signing the papers the same day — entirely on my own terms. Caroline in finance made the final step a breeze. She clearly explained every option available, never pushed extras, and made sure I understood everything before signing. I genuinely appreciate the team’s transparency, professionalism, and courtesy. I had a great experience with my service appointment this week. When my service advisor was busy with another client, another advisor jumped in to do the intake process for my vehicle which was quite helpful. The team also adjusted to my desire to wait for the vehicle versus dropping it off and picking up later. The service advisor's clear communication about the issue and resolution, along with the quick fix (since the parts were in stock), were quite helpful to me. I look forward to returning for future service needs.
