I’ll be honest—this is still the best GMC service experience I’ve had in the Tampa area. I originally came in with what I thought was a brake issue—my truck had a noticeable front-end shake under braking. The service team took the time to actually troubleshoot it properly instead of just throwing parts at it. They quickly identified that the issue wasn’t the brakes at all, but a problem with one of the tires. They went above and beyond—dropped the spare, rotated the tires, and got me back on the road with a clean fix. No upsell, no unnecessary work. The best part? They only charged me for an oil change. No charge for the troubleshooting or the workaround. Now—full transparency—wait times can be long. That’s probably my only real complaint. But to their credit, they seem to be doing the best they can with the volume they have, and the quality of service has consistently been worth it for me. They’re not perfect—but they are absolutely the best GMC service option in the area. I didn’t even buy my truck from this dealership, and I still choose to drive 45 minutes to come here for service every time. There are multiple GMC dealers closer to me, but this is the one I trust. Also worth mentioning—they’ve got a really solid kids area, which makes a big difference if you’ve got little ones with you during a service visit.
The service and GM tech were both wonderful. The GM tech Trevor took the time to listen to my concerns and was very receptive and tentative to my issues. Trevor kept me fully updated on the progress and need of my Denali's repair. Completely outstanding service!
Alejandro had the vehicle we expressed interest in, up front and ready for us, upon our arrival. He helped to expedite the initial purchase paperwork. He brought to our attention some ID.ME military discounts that we had been unaware of, and assisted in our obtaining them. Rick was concise when it was time to sign on the dotted line. The various add-on plans are versatile and can meet any budget, modifiable into a custom care package for your vehicle. We so appreciated being well-treated. We have bought cars dozens of times at various dealerships, and Century Buick GMC was head-and-shoulders above the rest. 10-star service!
