  I am sorry to say that my experience with Mattress Discounters in Milpitas on Main street has been very disappointing. We purchased a cour mattress and Jessica bed frame in Oct 2024 and setup an appointment for assembly of the bed frame. They came over with the new mattress and tried to setup the bed frame but wasn't setup correctly. Within a few days they were back to fix it because I complained the bed wasn't setup properly. They came a second time around and took at least 1 hour to assemble it "correctly" and placed the mattress on top of the bed. After a few weeks of use we knew something wasn't right when the bed was not able to take the weight. I tried to text the person to complain but there was no response. I have pictures now of the bed frame that's poorly assembled, broken pieces and mismatched parts. Unfortunately there is no support from the team to fix this issue. We are stuck with a poor quality bed that is badly assembled now that we cannot use. I am at a loss on what to do next. Update: I don't have the receipt on me but I paid for the bed and mattress on Oct 24 2024. It's a Jessica model bed. I hope you can look up the order details. Please see attached pictures. We moved the mattress and the bed is unusable.

  I had a great experience at Mattress Discounters. They have a wide selection of furniture to choose from, so it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for without feeling limited. Dan was especially helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right fit. On top of that, the store itself was very clean and well-organized, which made the whole shopping experience even more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend checking them out!

  Dan is a good guy. My money was tight and I told him I need a bed that day. They have descent price. I only got approved by Acima for a small amount. Dan tried another financing company and I got approved for a higher amount. Although I did not have enough money for the initiation fee. Dan made it happen and got me the bed I need and delivered the following day him self. Dan is very prompt, helpful and honest man. I will be back to purchase more furniture stuff in the future later on. Will also recommend to friends and family. A good place for business and honest. Thank you Dan.
