  The staff are very nice and helpful. I was lucky to have Joe help me. All went smooth. Lots of choices. I love selection.of large rugs too. Worth visiting before buying somewhere else! That's Joe photo bombing! I've been buying here for many years.

  Huge selection of furniture. From very affordable to very high end. Recliners, sofas, bunk beds, bedroom sets, bar stools, mattresses, rugs, and more. Prices were very good. Similar and in many cases better than the discounts on Wayfair but I could sit in them and see how it actually felt and the support for my back. Found a very nice zero gravity reclining loveseat on a huge sale. Delivery is very reasonable and saves my back. Selinda was very laid back and professional, no pressure sales. She has to get her son, and Petra stepped in to help us finalize our purchase. Both were very personable and friendly without and pressure sales tactics. I give them both an A+. I highly recommend this for all your furniture needs. I compared them to Costco and this was a better deal, which was impressive. Next time we need any furniture or beds, this will be where we go! Check them out before you buy elsewhere to see how far your $$ stretches here. We had an issue with delivery. It took a day to resolve but one of the managers came out to take care of the issue himself. Thanks David, that is great customer service now it's time to recline back and enjoy a movie 🍿

  Buyers Beware! Don't shop here! Warranty is a scam! Quality of furniture isn't worth the price! Spent over $4k on a sectional w/ 5 yr warranty only had it a year & 1 screw came loose from the middle section (as seen in pictures) where the screw fits into sectional interlocking bracket that connects the seats together. We don't have any children so there's been zero rough housing on it. So we're very disappointed with how it's help up for taking such great care & minimal activity on the sectional. It's been exhausting! First we spent over 3hrs going back in forth w/ the warranty company who stated that is a manufacture defect. Warranty doesn't cover a stripped screw into the frame. That this model is no longer sold in stores, so they don't have the parts any longer. How does a warranty not cover this! We even went into the store a few weekends ago to verify that our warranty would cover it and the Rep said he thinks that's an easy fix & if the warranty doesn't we would get credit back in the amount we paid towards the purchase of new furniture and just pay the difference. We drove all the from the West Valley in Surprise. He stated that they don't handle warranties claims in store that we would have to call the warranty company. He printed out our purchase receipt which didn't even have contact to the warranty info but it had our order number. The Rep did state that they no longer had our sectional in stock & would not be selling it any longer. Made us feel like no matter what they will take care of us. The Dump & their scam of warranty took care of nothing. To top it off I called into the store to speak w/ a manager the lady who answered the phone kept placing me on hold a few times to tell me that the manager was in an interview and to call back or text pictures of the issue to the number I called. So I did if that got me to finally speak with a Manager and no response back for 24 hrs when I called & texted again and they responded that they were not open. Still waiting! Please don't waste your time here and get coverage in writing from the sales Rep Roger Boehlow and staff before any purchase from this place.
