  So I found an accent chair at The Dump, loved it, nice quality and just what I was looking for. Our sales guy Eli took $400 bucks off the top because it was the floor model, perfect! So then we go to check out and Eli comes up and tells us he is able to lower the price of chair by another $300. What?!? I was willing to pay the higher price, which I thought was a good deal by the way and I am sure they work in commission so I was pleasantly surprised Eli was still trying to get us the best deal. Super nice guy and very honest, highly recommend.

  Mr pharis Dowson very professional, Richard needs a dose of custumer service , he could be the nice person there but take that guy to the back where no one can see him , it's like seeing a guy with a lemon stoke on his mouth . Who ever is running that store should be questioned, why one of the best stores in town in income tax time is empty, whose fault is it . I am a business man and felt the loneliness in that store. Fire the bad apples and go on before is too late

  Overpriced. Everything is sold separately. My experience was good until my kind size bed arrived with a mattress only. I set out to purchase a platform bed. The bed I decided on was not a platform bed & my salesman didn’t inform me that the bed I chose in the end needed a mattress & box spring. So when my bed arrived the movers said where’s your box spring? There was nothing else on the truck!! I had to go back to The Dump to talk to a manager only to find out that my salesman forgot to inform me that I needed one but they then tried to sell me one. I literally signed paperwork to do a 90 days same as cash option to build my credit in lieu of paying cash straight out. Why would I finance a box spring only after financing a bed and mattress that totaled close to $1800.? The salesman did try to rectify the issue by purchasing me a box spring from Amazon which I was ok with. Things happen sometimes, right!! I still had to wait 5 days for the Amazon delivery only to see that he entered my address wrong not only that but he never shared with me the order or delivery information. Had he done so I would’ve spotted the mistake immediately. Reached out to the salesman and he apologized & said he’ll correct the address. He has yet to share the delivery information. I’m typing this review as I still have a bed I’ve started making payments on and still can’t sleep in. I’ve already gotten rid of my old queen bed so it appears I’ll continue to be sleeping in my guest room until then. It’s Valentine’s Day and I have a new bed that I can’t enjoy because I’m laying in a full size bed. Don’t get me started on Progressive Leasing!! They charged my card multiple times and I had to call them asking why I had 4 charges in one day. Never again. The Dump has said they’re closing every since I was a teen and I’m 47 now. There’s a reason Mattress Mack is the King of furniture sales at Gallery Furniture. We would NEVER have gone through this nightmare and if anything was off I would’ve been compensated in some way along with sincere apologies. I’m not typing this paragraph for nothing. RUN away, do not look back, do not think twice!!! Go elsewhere and spend your hard earned money, tax refund money, sugar baby money elsewhere. This ain’t it!
