  • I was in the market for a massage chair and looked to take advantage of the Labor Day holiday sales. I came to The Dump with full intention to walk out with a great deal. I settled on a massage chair that was being advertised at a $999 value. After I gave my information and address to close out the deal. They then realized that an employee improperly did their job by misleadingly advertising the massage chair and would not stand on the deal that was being advertised. When I asked the manager, Sandra, to call her boss to bring this to their attention, she indicated that they weren’t available and declined to entertain conversation any further on their wrongdoing. Bad business is being done at The Dump. The management that is being conducted is fitting for the name of the company.

  • So I found an accent chair at The Dump, loved it, nice quality and just what I was looking for. Our sales guy Eli took $400 bucks off the top because it was the floor model, perfect! So then we go to check out and Eli comes up and tells us he is able to lower the price of chair by another $300. What?!? I was willing to pay the higher price, which I thought was a good deal by the way and I am sure they work in commission so I was pleasantly surprised Eli was still trying to get us the best deal. Super nice guy and very honest, highly recommend.

  • My husband and I walked in excited to shop, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the experience. When we first walked in, no one greeted us. Instead, we were met with some of the ugliest looks from the staff. We walked around for a while, hoping someone would come over and offer assistance, but no one did. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we watched several white couples walk in and immediately get greeted and assisted, while we were completely ignored. We waited and waited, but eventually decided to leave. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before. Customer service should be the same for everyone, regardless of who they are or what they look like. This was, by far, one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We came in excited to spend our money and left immediately because of how we were treated.
