  Drove over a hour to buy a car that we talked about the night before. Get there and was told the car has to come from the other location. Waited over a hour to be told the car was totaled on the way over. This 100% was a lie. The car is still posted for sale on Facebook. I feel they never had the car, why would you not give me the address to the location of the car to begin with? Then we decided ok we will find another car. We were showed something else decided we would make a deal, we were told the price was $23,950. They get the deposit first then take you to the finance manger to sign the paperwork. Why? Because they drag everything out so long you're exhausted from waiting now you have paid the deposit and they hope you're just going to sign without looking at what you sign. Unfortunately for them I pay attention. I noticed they were trying to get me to finance for $28,950 not the $23,950 we had talked about. I asked why? I was told the online price is not correct it is just to get people in to buy the car its actually that price plus 10% which is stated on the website but I was dealing with a sales men and had never been on the website. He told me the price was $23,950 never mentioned the extra 10%. Even with the 10% extra the price should have only been a little more then $26,000 so they still tried to rip me off for an extra 3 to 4 thousand. This place is a complete con, that's why they get you to give the deposit first and not after you sign because most people won't pay attention and just let them rip them off. They are definitely misleading everyone from price of the cars for sale to the cars they actually have for sale. I have never been told straight up the prices we have the car listed as are a lie we just do that to get people to come in to buy. They are also selling cars with salvaged titles also so be careful not to pay a high-end price for junk. At the end of the day they only ripped me off for my time that day. I left without a car went to Parkway Kia bought a brand new 2026 k5 for $27,000 that wasn't leaking oil like the car I was shown and wasn't missing the door for the gas cap. Oh did I mention it is brand new! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! YOU'RE GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF AND DON'T BUY HERE!!!!
