  • I had a terrible experience with First State Auto Auction. We were required to pay before being allowed to properly inspect the vehicle. After the purchase, we discovered serious problems, including overheating and an antifreeze leak. We also found concerning discrepancies involving the vehicle’s mileage over 200 thousand and how it was represented. FIRST MARSHALL AND FIRST STATE are the same people DONT GET TRICKED it’s funny how all the other reviews are from same people that work in there with strange names and mostly all people that buy are African or Latino in there 🫣😑they wanna trick everyone like we dumb also THE TITLE IFS BEEN ALMOST 2 months and it’s not in I bought aug 17 and it’s already oct I called the secretary of state they said they are still processing because they received paper work from auction until the 20th day they had per law to turn in smh they are terrible all they care is money and trick broke people When we requested assistance or a refund, the business refused and relied on the vehicle being sold “as-is.” In my opinion, buyers should be allowed to properly inspect a vehicle before being required to pay.they lie lie lie on everything even when u try to talk they start screaming at you I have filed complaints with the BBB, the Illinois Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission, and I am seeking legal assistance to pursue a refund. I do not recommend this auction. Please be extremely careful, review all paperwork, verify the mileage, and independently inspect the vehicle before giving them any money. DO NOT GO TRUST ME YOU WILL CRY AND REGRET IT SO MUCH Tuve una experiencia terrible con first State auto Auction. Nos exigieron pagar antes de permitirnos inspeccionar bien el vehículo. Después de comprarlo, descubrimos problemas graves, incluyendo sobrecalentamiento y una fuga de anticongelante. También encontramos dudas sobre el millaje y la manera en que representaron el vehículo. Cuando pedimos ayuda o un reembolso, se negaron y solamente dijeron que la venta fue “tal como está”. Los compradores deberían poder inspeccionar un vehículo antes de pagarlo. No recomiendo esta subasta. Tengan mucho cuidado, revisen todos los documentos y verifiquen el millaje y la condición del vehículo antes de entregarles dinero los reporte Al bbb departamento de reclamos para q deben de hacer eso alas personas 200 mill millas en todos sus carros ni te dejan hablan empiezan a gritar no vayan creamelo se arepentiraran
