We are very happy with the 2019 Ram 2500 that we purchased. We have not had a chance to drive it yet. It has great features and is in good condition. The rear park sensor is not working. We took delivery to CT from the dealer. That went very well. Sheikh, who sold us the truck, is friendly and professional and responded right away to any and all questions. One problem with the office relates to what some other reviewers have mentioned, which is that there is some playing with the numbers on the agreement papers. I did question it. This did not affect my agreed upon payment. I also thought the dealer fees were high and mentioned it as well. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
