  Maria was wonderful at helping me find what I needed. She gave me time alone to see what was available and showed me some great deals. She was personable and very helpful at narrowing down what I was looking for and I ended up buying a sofa and loveseat she recommended. Very happy with my experience with her and would recommend to anyone. Maria gets five stars. The store is getting four stars because of the other salesman who was loudly disparaging other sales people when I walked in as he sat on furniture. I’m glad he wasn’t my sales person.

  I really appreciate the awesome customer service and your selection of items are nice. The prices are a little higher than expected. I feel like the company could do so much more getting these pieces out and new stuff in if there were a little more room for negotiations. We found something we could use which is a relief but this is where my daughter and I felt rushed and possibly making a bad decision because the AC is broken in the store and it's summer time!!!!! What in the Hell!! It feels like hell with no AC and I heard the building hasn't had working AC in at least the past 2 months! We've had heat advisory warnings for triple digit temps this summer and as soon as we walked in from the heat back into heat blowing around by fans (thank goodness!! A fan!!) blowing hot air around. I'm soaking wet from sweating and again we feel rushed to make a decision and get in our car with AC 🥵🥵 come on THE DUMP!! you can do better than that.

  Pete greeted me at the door. Very professional, knowledgeable, & not too pushy. He did mention stain guard stuff a few times & asked what other furniture I needed. so he didnt give up on the upsell. Assumed i was buying more furniture. Trent? Very helpful with assembly instructions but I am going to call & get the "white glove" delivery. I assume Pete will get credit for that as he sold me on it.
