Had a great experience for first time car purchase. The owner is easy going and honest, and actually knows about cars instead of just selling
Recently bought a car here. Owner was super friendly and the car has been working great! Would recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for something decent and affordable
BUYERS BEWARE! We needed a reliable commuter car to get to school and work. After enough searching we came across what looked to be a decent used car. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Honda Civic on Saturday the 13th from Alaa Zaidan at Ky Motors Collection. By Sunday the 14th not even 50 miles later the car was overheating. Dropped off the car to a local Midas that does all of our maintenance on our family’s cars. Within hours they presented evidence showing the coolant was low and looked to be mainly water instead of antifreeze. The motor had a crack in the block causing it to leak but since it was mainly water it burned off as it exited the crack in the block. With the motor cooled down and filled with antifreeze a pressure test was done on the cooling system exposing the crack. Alaa was contacted and stated he is not liable BUT will either buy the car back for what its worth with the existing damages OR he will pay for half of the price for a new motor. Anybody in their right mind would know this is a scam artist. Biggest money grab a used car dealership can do. Not only did you take my hard earned money, but you want more to fix a car that had to of been already damaged or give me less than i spent for it one day ago. Horrible experience from a scam artist. Whatever you do PLEASE stay away and save your money you work hard for, something this business doesnt know about nor cares about. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with this
