  I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. On March 6, 2026, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger from this dealership after being repeatedly told the vehicle was in “great condition” with no issues. I paid in full, in cash, trusting their word. The same night I drove the car home, it completely shut off while I was driving—with my children in the car. Just a few days later, on March 10, the vehicle shut off again on a busy freeway during a thunderstorm. This was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a serious accident. Each time I contacted the dealership immediately, they showed no urgency or accountability. Instead, I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for towing and repairs. On March 11, I had no choice but to pay a mechanic and purchase parts myself just to try to make the car usable. To make matters worse, I later received my title paperwork and discovered the vehicle is listed as a rebuilt title, which was never disclosed to me at the time of sale. I was led to believe this was a clean title vehicle. This experience has been financially and emotionally stressful, especially as a pregnant mother trying to provide safe transportation for my children. I trusted this dealership and feel completely misled. I have since filed complaints with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and the Better Business Bureau. If you value your safety, your money, and honesty in business—please be cautious before purchasing from this dealership.
