Nice people. No BS pricing. That's a breath of fresh air. Had a beautiful Buick Lacrosse with only 44,000 miles. Gave me a great price, let me test drive it. Aside from brakes which they are replacing I got a great deal - John was easy to speak with. I see other reviewers here that denigrate them - I'd like to ask them how many miles was on the car, did you get a Carfax - they very willingly do that and advertise their cars with free Carfax links.
Do NOT buy from them!! They are all shady. They don't inspect their cars and trucks. I went to look at a Suburban, and it had ZERO oil and Zero antifreeze. Their "mechanic" had no idea. Who knows what internal problems it has or how long it's been that way. He kept my deposit and is ignoring me since I passed on it. After he agreed to sell it to me, he re-listed it for $1000 less. Charlie..general manager. Do your homework. Read his past reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Look at BBB reviews as well
I bought a car from them in November. The sales process was fine. Everyone was friendly (Of course they will be, they’re trying to sell you something lol) But nice nonetheless. Now the actual car itself. it was giving me so much problems for a newly bought car. It wasn’t new. It was obviously used, but I thought it would be able to have basic functions. I was wrong. At the point of January I had already bought the car in two times to get fixed and nothing. Now it’s April and I have bought it two more times since then and still nothing. I spoke to Ed, He was nice, but it kind of felt like I was bringing my car in to him to get fixed and it may be just sat there. It wasn’t until I had a customer come up to me at my job and give me a recommendation, that I then told the shop to do to my car and when they did it, one problem was fixed. But now it’s just one problem after the other, i’m at a point now whether there’s so many things wrong with the car that it’s actually dangerous to drive, I can’t drive it on any main road. At this point, I’m just gonna wait for my six months to be up and just trade it in. The people there are very nice but they stop giving a damn after they sell the car. Just my take (:
