  I purchased a vehicle from Pilsstrem 98 days ago and was not provided with the sale paperwork at the time of purchase. Because of this, I have been unable to complete the necessary registration and the vehicle cannot currently be used on the road. I have made multiple attempts over the past few months to resolve the issue through calls, messages, and scheduled meetings. I was told the paperwork would be taken care of, but meetings were missed and communication eventually stopped. After nearly 100 days, the matter remains unresolved.
