Amazing customer service by one of the workers named Mark. He helped me get a nice beach cruiser for my girlfriend at an affordable price. I’ve been here for other bikes for my family members and I’ll definitely be coming back for more bikes down the road for whoever needs one. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MARK!

Decided to upgrade my 18yo trek 1.2 to carbon wheels and GP5000 tires! Mark answered my call at 4pm and I was there by 4:30. My ride was ready by 5ish.  Don’t expect this fast of service every time. The stars aligned for me today. They’re usually busy because they’re good!

I brought my daughter's bike in to replace the front inner tube and fill the back tire with air. Andy was very helpful! He raised my daughter's seat and also helped us to find the perfect helmet. It was quick and super friendly service! Will be back to service the rest of our family bikes.

Went in years ago and the service was decent to the say the least because they turned me away instead of helping me try and locate a bike wheel I was trying to look for for my old Schwinn. Another bike shop owner was luckily willing to order it for me. It took about 5 minutes to order haha.

I decided to give them another try though and they were really kind this time around. They were able to help me out with my bike and help get it running and I was happy with the service and pricing I'm glad I gave them another try. Plus their bike shop is really nice and they have a lot of inventory.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bike shop.

I arrived right when the shop opened with three bicycles—my own and my two children’s—to have them serviced. My boys, ages 6 and 5, were excited to get their bikes repaired so we could continue riding trails together. They proudly rolled their bikes into the shop and waited patiently in line.

There were other customers in the store at the time, and they smiled as they watched my boys walk in with their bikes, excited to talk to the staff about what they needed repaired. It was a great moment to see young kids enthusiastic about riding and learning how to take care of their bikes.

When it was our turn, the employee at the counter asked, “What can I do for you?” My 6-year-old began explaining what was wrong with his bike, but the employee immediately interrupted him and said, “No, not you,” while looking at me. He then told me that I needed to explain the issue instead. I asked why I had to speak when my son was already doing a good job explaining what he needed. The employee interrupted again and said, “It will take too long. I need you to tell me.”

At that point, I said, “Never mind, we’ll go to another bike shop.” The employee scoffed and laughed in my face—in front of both of my young children. I turned to my boys and told them, “This is the kind of customer service they offer here. Let’s go spend our money somewhere that appreciates its customers.” The employee laughed and scoffed again, making it clear he didn’t care.

The other customers in the shop looked just as surprised and uncomfortable as we were. They had watched my boys come in excited to interact with the staff, only to see them dismissed and spoken to so disrespectfully. It completely changed the atmosphere in the store.

My sons were confused and upset. They couldn’t understand why someone would be so rude to them when they were simply excited to have their bikes repaired. As a business owner myself, I teach my children the importance of treating every customer with kindness, patience, and respect. This experience was the exact opposite.

What makes this even more surprising is that I’ve visited this shop twice before and had much better experiences. Unfortunately, this interaction completely changed my opinion. I understand wanting to keep things moving, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers—especially young children who are genuinely excited and trying to explain what they need.

Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope the shop takes customer service more seriously in the future, because no family should leave feeling disrespected the way we did.
