  Our experience with Mr. Price and Mr. Zacks and his company was extremely disappointing. Throughout this transaction, there were outstanding obligations associated with the home, including past-due lot rent and taxes. Multiple notices, emails, and communications were sent advising of these obligations and the amounts that needed to be addressed before any transfer could be completed. Despite these repeated communications, the outstanding balances remained unresolved. In addition, the buyer and seller attempted to move forward with the transaction without obtaining the required park approval. Anyone experienced in the manufactured housing industry should understand that homes located in a manufactured home community are subject to park rules, approval requirements, and other procedures that must be completed before a sale can be finalized. Rather than working cooperatively through the established process, there appeared to be a disregard for the requirements and obligations associated with the transaction. This created unnecessary delays, confusion, and additional work for all parties involved. Based on our experience, we would encourage anyone considering doing business with his company to carefully verify that all outstanding obligations, park requirements, approvals, and transaction requirements have been satisfied before proceeding.
