  • I bought a Acura MDX but I when test drove it the a/c stopped blowing cold air. So they filled with refrigerant and was told if it leaked out they would fix for no charge. The next day it stopped working so I took back and they fixed at no charge which was great and appreciate them honoring their word but when I picked up they crack my wood grain in several places and the worst part did not even tell me or apologized. Gave them a one star only because they fixed a/c if not it would be a zero.

  • I was extremely skeptical about not only purchasing a vehicle online but having it delivered from over 600 miles away. KAYALAR MOTORS went above and beyond to assure me they were trustworthy. Not only was my car delivered to my door step at the precise time that I was told but sent pictures and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. They answered every question I had with kindness and patience and that says a lot because I had a ton of them. The only reason I'm giving a four star is because the passenger side window will not go back up and the AC doesn't get cold but that's to be expected with a used older car. If you're shopping online for a vehicle I highly recommend KAYALAR MOTORS they are friendly and very professional and most of all trustworthy. My daughter is very happy with her car and look forward to using them again in the near future for a vehicle for myself.
