  • I had a very frustrating experience at HDTV Outlet Pasadena. I purchased a TV, and when I got it home I discovered the screen was damaged. I returned to the store expecting a reasonable resolution. I spoke with Armen, and instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told that I had caused the damage myself. I did not agree with this, as the TV was in my possession for a very short time and was not mishandled. In the end, I was not offered a refund, which left me very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The way my concern was dismissed made the experience feel unfair and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful when purchasing from this store and to thoroughly inspect any product before leaving.

  • 5 Stars - Amazing Service, Always a Great Experience! Anthony does an outstanding job running this place. Over the years, I’ve purchased four TVs from him at this location, and each time the service has only gotten better. My first purchase was in Spring 2020, and since then, I’ve continued to upgrade my setup. Out of the four TVs I’ve bought, I still own three, and sold the fourth (a Vizio) to upgrade. The TVs I currently own are: LG 77" G5 OLED Samsung 75" Q8DT (my upgrade from the Vizio) 65" LG C9 OLED What sets this store apart is their transparency and product knowledge. I appreciate how upfront they are about their TVs and how well-versed they are in the latest tech. Each of my TVs was delivered and installed by their team, who are always professional, experienced, and detail-oriented. I’ll definitely be back in 2026 to upgrade my Samsung TV, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great deals and top-notch service!
