  We were looking for a specific truck for over a year and Desert West had one that popped up online. We went to look at the truck with low expectations. Not anything against Desert West, but we have never had good experiences with dealerships - used, new, you name it. We pulled in and were met by Eddie who showed us the vehicle and stayed alongside if we had any questions but also allowed us space to look it over which was much appreciated. The customer service was very personable and down to earth. We could have normal conversation and then bounce back to the truck which made it very comfortable. After we inspected the vehicle inside, outside, top and bottom then took it for a drive, we decided it was a great truck and we will take it home. I want to note that the purchase process was extremely quick and easy. We were in and out in probably an hour or two tops and on our way home. The truck is so shiny, clean and runs great. The service was top notch, but the personable and kind crew over there made it overall a great experience. Thank you Eddie and crew, we love our new truck! We can FINALLY stop shopping lol
