  We were looking for a specific truck for over a year and Desert West had one that popped up online. We went to look at the truck with low expectations. Not anything against Desert West, but we have never had good experiences with dealerships - used, new, you name it. We pulled in and were met by Eddie who showed us the vehicle and stayed alongside if we had any questions but also allowed us space to look it over which was much appreciated. The customer service was very personable and down to earth. We could have normal conversation and then bounce back to the truck which made it very comfortable. After we inspected the vehicle inside, outside, top and bottom then took it for a drive, we decided it was a great truck and we will take it home. I want to note that the purchase process was extremely quick and easy. We were in and out in probably an hour or two tops and on our way home. The truck is so shiny, clean and runs great. The service was top notch, but the personable and kind crew over there made it overall a great experience. Thank you Eddie and crew, we love our new truck! We can FINALLY stop shopping lol

  I had a great experience at Desert West Auto Sales! I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The car is absolutely beautiful and runs very well. From start to finish, the employees were welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Desert West Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and excellent customer service!

  This place committed fraud, avoid at all costs! They sold me a vehicle that was retrieved from an auction without telling me. They showed me a Carfax that did not have that information and they are supposedly a Carfax authorized dealer. I will be contacting Carfax, the state of Arizona and other agencies to let them know about this business. They know knew the vehicle had issues because they took it to a dealership and got that information and just refused to fix it. They sold me a vehicle that they tried to put off as a one owner well kept vehicle, which was false. Now in less than less than 30 days, the vehicle start having problems and they will not assist at all. They put warranties in your contract and don’t give you the option to take them off and lie to you telling you that it covers almost everything when it covers nothing. Buyer Beware!!
