  • ‎‏I called United Auto Sales in early October to ask about a 2011 Chevy Suburban, and they confirmed it was available. I clearly told the person on the phone tht I needed to check my schedule before driving all the way from Olympia to Seattle, and asked them to contact me if the vehicle became unavailable. After confirming my plans, I drove for hours with my family to see n test-drive the Suburban, only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle was NO longer available WOW. When I asked if it had been sold, the salesman said No, it was removed from our website because of A MILEAGE, documents discrepancy with carfax report . That’s absolutely unacceptable. How can a dealership not notify a serious buyer who called in advance and drove such a long distance? This was the worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership, completely unprofessional n a huge waste of time n gas. ZERO stars. I do not recommend this Dealer at all.

  • My car broke down on a road trip from Michigan. Other used car dealers in the area tried to scam me with rolled odometers. This dealer not only was honest but help the car for me even though someone else wanted to buy it and they let me take the car even though my payment was still pending because they knew I was stranded with nowhere to go and needed to make it home

  • We are so glad we found this dealership! He was charming and was so easygoing and working with us with zero hassle. He gave us a plenty of time to take a look around on his lots. We are happy with our purchase of our new suv! He helps people who are looking a good condition and good price reasonable value of those vehicles. Wish you the best of luck in expanding a bigger dealership in the near future :-) we will come back to buy a new vehicle from you in the future!
