  • Do not do business with this store! They are absolute scam artists. I went in a week early, told an employee named Elijah exactly which black sectional I wanted, put the $300 down, and set a firm delivery date. When I went back to pay the remaining balance of $540, they gave me a specific delivery time at the store. The literal second I walked out the door, they changed it and prioritized someone else's order over mine.Mind you, I only live 20 minutes away. Elijah sent me a text claiming "something came up" and that they had to drive all the way to Flagstaff to drop off another order first. I wasn't even being rude, but it became crystal clear that once they take your money and you don't have your merchandise yet, you are no longer a priority, whoever is paying the most money gets taken care of first, unless you constantly nag them.To make matters worse, they charged me an outrageous $80 delivery fee on top of the $540 couch, only to send a little old lady to drop it off. I had to physically help her carry my own couch inside! Outrageously enough, they never even told me that assembly was required. They just left me to put the damn thing together myself after charging me a premium for delivery.They treat you like garbage the moment you walk out and won't respond to you. Save your time and money and go to Rent-A-Center instead. At least they will actually bring your couch in and set it up already. Absolute ripoff! Don't be fooled by how they treat you in store!

  • Extremely friendly and very well priced! Furniture I ordered arrived within a week! Thankfully it's all packaged up from manufacturer so it's easy to transport if you don't have a truck! Was able to buy a whole dining set (60" table, 4 chairs and a bench) for 450 and fit it in my small suv without any issue!! Will definitely go here again and will be recommending to friends and family!
