I’m pretty indecisive when it comes to making major purchases, I think a lot of people are. However, Michelle showed so much patience and was informative. This is a very clean store and the other employees were professional dealing with other customers (shout out Leo). I bought an iPad Pro M4 13inch 256G certified pre owned, but it might as well be new! Michelle allowed me to spend some time checking it out before I made my final decision. The iPad speaks for itself but the customer service was commendable. Check these folks out! There are so many options!

I had an excellent experience at Mobile Xpert! From the moment I walked in, Michelle was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire repair process easy and stress-free by explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions. My iPhone 16e was repaired much faster than I expected, and it looks and works like new. The service was professional, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the repair was outstanding. It's hard to find a business that combines great customer service with fast, reliable work, but Mobile Xpert definitely does. I highly recommend Mobile Xpert, and a special thank you to Michelle for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be back for any future phone repair needs!

Great customer service!! I had an amazing experience getting my phone repaired here. From the moment I walked in, Brian was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly. The repair was fast, the price was fair, and my phone looks and works like brand new again! I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about customer service. Highly recommended—this is definitely the place I’ll come back to for any future repairs.
