  I’m pretty indecisive when it comes to making major purchases, I think a lot of people are. However, Michelle showed so much patience and was informative. This is a very clean store and the other employees were professional dealing with other customers (shout out Leo). I bought an iPad Pro M4 13inch 256G certified pre owned, but it might as well be new! Michelle allowed me to spend some time checking it out before I made my final decision. The iPad speaks for itself but the customer service was commendable. Check these folks out! There are so many options!

They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly. The repair was fast, the price was fair, and my phone looks and works like brand new again! I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about customer service.   I had such an amazing experience here and I genuinely felt like I had to leave a review because the customer service I received from Michelle and Larry was beyond outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and actually cared about helping me instead of just rushing me in and out like most places do nowadays. You can immediately tell when people truly enjoy what they do, and that’s exactly the kind of energy they brought. I came in stressed out because my phone was having serious issues, and I honestly thought I might have to replace it completely. Michelle took the time to listen carefully to everything that was going on with my phone and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel confused or overwhelmed. Larry was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and together they worked quickly but carefully to get my phone repaired. When I got it back, it honestly looked and worked better than I expected. Everything was fixed perfectly, my phone runs smoothly again, and they made the whole process feel effortless. What really stood out to me though was how much they went above and beyond even after the repair was done. Michelle helped me pick out a phone case and actually took the time to show me different options instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. She listened to what I liked, what I needed for protection, and what matched my style. Larry also gave helpful recommendations and made sure I left with something I was genuinely happy with. It felt more like getting help from friends than dealing with employees at a store. It’s honestly rare these days to find customer service this genuine, kind, and professional all at the same time. Michelle and Larry both deserve recognition for how hard they work and how well they treat customers. They completely turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and because of them I’ll absolutely be coming back here for anything I need in the future. If you need your phone repaired or need help finding accessories, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Michelle and Larry.
