  • Be very careful, they commit car fraud!!! They sold me this car in February. Then, suddenly, they decided to switch me to another bank, this time waiving the warranty because they already knew they were selling me a damaged car. That same week (February), the month in which I made the purchase, the car developed battery problems. After several battery changes, the car still had the same problem. I took it to another mechanic outside the dealership because they knew it was no longer the battery. It was there that they determined the car had major damage, missing and damaged parts. A modified muffler that didn't even belong to the car, missing sensors, etc. When I went to them (Adam’s the dealership), they made me wait 3, 4, and 5 hours unnecessarily, lying that they fixed the problem when that was never the case. Now I have a car that has been in a workshop for 3 months, spending money changing parts and with a car debt that is leaving me lost because on top of everything I have to pay for the car and they never gave me an answer. reply to your comment: of course it's ironic that after so many unanswered calls and messages you now answer this way because you don't want to look bad, you never explained to me the reason why there was a change of bank and the warranty was removed, you only told me that The bank does this frequently, no one has explained it to me until now, stop making excuses about the bank wanting to make reports that never happened, I have a letter in my possession from that first bank where it clearly states that the dealership made a change and tells me to contact you!! You also didn't tell me that the car was modified and all of that, because clearly you just want to sell it! If I had known all that believe me I wouldn't have bought it. What help are you going to provide me now? if I'm tired of calling and sending messages directly to the representative and also making complaints Through The Bank... please don't make me publish a screenshot from the first moment I bought the car when it still had the warranty until now. You never helped me and you achieved your goal (scamming) stop defrauding hard-working people.

  • My daughter and I recent experience at Adams, auto body and sales mixed reviews. The sales person, Mohammed or Mo as they call him was a very nice man very honest and very straightforward. Dealing with him was a very pleasant experience. He helped my daughter and I find a car in her price range and he went above and beyond to make sure that this used car would meet its purpose. The only complaint that I have is that because they are so busy with repairing other cars from the Boddy side that the communication is not the best. You may not hear back in a timely fashion. You may have to go out of your way to communicate. With them instead of them, calling you. And you might have to come behind them if you want anything done with any sense of urgency.
