Victoria was so amazing with keeping me up-to-date with my vehicle. My vehicle was taken care of within a very reasonable and fashionable time. They took their time. They did not rush. They made sure to do a complete full diagnostics before just assuming what exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and they also stayed a little bit late in order for me to pick my vehicle up due to be traveling from downtown to happen to come to Dalton 10 out of 10 will recommend.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Adams Auto Body and Sales. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 from them, and after getting into the vehicle, I discovered numerous serious issues that were either missed or not disclosed. The engine burns approximately one quart of oil every 200 miles, indicating a major engine problem. The catalytic converters had already fallen apart internally. The rear subframe was completely rusted, but it was hidden behind the plastic underbody cover, making it impossible to notice during a normal inspection. I also found that the high oil pressure switch was defective. Although the PCV valve had apparently been replaced, the intake runner flaps were not installed correctly and were stuck in one position. On top of that, multiple vacuum lines were connected incorrectly, leaving the engine in a mess that required significant time and money to diagnose and repair. I contacted the dealership, explained the problems, and even offered to purchase the necessary parts myself if they would only provide the labor. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. If you are considering purchasing a car here, I strongly recommend paying for a thorough pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic and checking the vehicle carefully before signing anything. It could save you thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration.
We brought my mom in to buy a car and had a wonderful experience with Mo. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Mo listened to us and worked with us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get Mom set up while she was visiting for the weekend and sent her home in a new-to-her car. Thanks Mo and Adams Auto!
