  • What a great place. Knowledgable, kind, and informative staff. Everyone has been so welcoming and easy to work with. They were all very efficient and timely and I appreciated how relaxing of an experience it was to get new tires here. Even though it’s a long drive for us, my husband and I have decided this is the only shop we’ll be using from now on for both of our cars. The customer service alone is worth the trip. If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and friendly custom auto shop, this is it.

  • ‼️⚠️Once they charge you the money, they forget they have customers in line.They only value their money but they don’t value out time at all.Good products and prize but those you can find anywhere. We all looking for comfy zone, friendly environment. But they’re like ignore customers and giving us fake ETA. Maria and theres a other guy (NOT Ahmed). They’re like they’re here for chilling w eachother not to give satisfaction customer service. I asked maria if she can check how long its gonnna take just yo put the rims on. On the other hand her macho man(not Ahmed) hes like you dont have to go maria come sit.”sir its gonna take 20 more minutes” w/o even checking up. And i endedup not to take my car w me had to leave it overnight. On the other hand Ahmed. Was bit better. Liked his transparency, and His behavior. Note: try to improve yalls customer service. You’re getting paid for your work. But if yall are the owners and doin all this then close your custom shop and go home those custom shops need better people not just products
