  5 stars. I had a genuinely great experience buying my 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L from Total Cars. I was purchasing the car from out of state, so naturally I had a lot of questions about the vehicle, its history, the repairs, paperwork, shipping, and everything else that comes with buying a car you haven’t seen in person. Jesus was awesome through the entire process. He was extremely transparent, patient with all of my questions, sent me photos and documentation when I asked for it, and never made me feel pressured into the purchase. What impressed me most was how willing Jesus was to work with me and make sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. Communication was great throughout the entire process, even after the deal was already done and the car was on its way to me. The Civic arrived in Utah and I’m extremely happy with it. Buying a car sight-unseen from another state can be nerve-racking, especially when it’s a rebuilt vehicle, but Jesus made the process about as smooth and straightforward as I could have hoped for. Huge shoutout to Jesus specifically. I really appreciate how he handled the entire deal and I’d absolutely recommend Total Cars to someone considering buying from them, even if you’re out of state.   Jesus and his staff are very transparent. We have been buying cars from them for the last five years since we discovered that auto dealer. We are a big family. Today we purchased the 10th car from them. Every time they come out great! Total cars Otay Mesa is the best place if you’re looking for a good ride!
