  • Bought a jeep took it back the 2 hrs to have the windshield replaced due to it being smashed when i went to pick it up. Told them noise in front end and the heated seats weren’t workin. He said have your husband check it out and let me know what it needs which was done and he was told what it needed. Supposedly ordered the parts and shipped them over a week ago to my house but we haven’t received the parts. And to top it off two weeks having the vehicle it breaks down and he was notified and says you should have brought it to me and I would have fixed it. Mind you the vehicle wouldn’t start and had to be towed leaving me and my child stranded at 9 pm at night with no vehicle. But wouldn’t reimburse for the repair because it wasn’t brought to his shop. Very disappointed with this dealership. Handed over 10k cash as a down payment to be treated like this. Still awaiting on parts for the front end and the heated seats issue to be fixed. Would not recommend unless you want bad customer service after the purchase. Also claims we spoke multiple times in regard to the issue but as you see the text Chain there was no response from him! As of 4/20 still no plate vehicle has been sitting since 4/3 due to expired tags. Reached out several times with no resolution from the dealership. Front end issue from the start and just received the shock but no resolution on the sway bar it needs. And who only replaces one shock so I have to buy three more shocks and the sway bar. Heater seats still haven’t been addressed or even an appt made to have them fixed. Very poor customer service after purchase. But has hand out when you go to purchase a vehicle of there’s.
