Was looking for a car and looked at a couple places until I landed here. They didn’t have the car I wanted but they did talked me into going inside and they told me they could get me whatever I was looking for. They did find what I wanted and we made a deal and I gave the down payment for it and all, they told me it’ll be a week till the car arrived but that’s where things fell, I gave them more then a week and no one called me to inform me anything about the car, when I called the dealer they were pretty rude and quick to get me off the phone, so on my day off after 2 weeks I took the drive down south and was able to link up with Andy which is one of the associates at the dealer he gave me the story that they try to reach out to me and whatever but I knew that was BS. I’m giving them a 4 because of Andy he made things right, explained to me why happened and what could be another step we can take but unfortunately the new deal didn’t work out for why I wanted. Andy was pretty kool and we handle it like man. No attitude, no whose D is bigger none of that BS. I definitely would go and deal with Andy again . I was able to get my deposit back with no issues and no problem. Only bad thing they made me wait an extra day for the check and for me it was a killer as I am from 2hrs away from their dealer.
Good Business. I came and got a car from them 3 days ago and the car has problems to where I had to come back and talk to the manager. I came in very upset because of how the situation was and how the car was recommended. But the manager took his time to find me something else and more reasonable. His customer service was excellent and the way he cared about my situation and came up with a better solution made my day better. They care about your business and your situation. 1000% recommend to get a car from here.
They lie to you and overcharge you. Bought a car with broken radio, they said they would fix it and pay it 3 days after buying the car. Its been 2 months, their "trusted mechanics" dont know how to fix a radio, recommended the wrong parts and now they owe me $1000 for the radio they never paid for it and ignore your calls. Also, did transfer vehicle registration with them for the DMV it took them 2 months to give me my new transfer title and new sticker. Awful service. Andres, Juan, and German are the managers, avoid them.
