  • Well when we first came here back in August it was a positive experience! We got a nice black Cadillac Escalade. The car seem fine for about a month. We tried to call their mechanic several times and was told they were busy we would have to tow it at our expense and they would get to it. Well that is very inconvenient. It broke down in October and again in November. We put quite a bit of money into it. They finally towed it from our house we were moving from and told us the engine seized. Mind you it isn't even my car this is all me being with my best friend/ sister. Today December 27th I had no ey ready to put down in my name for again another one of their vehicles. This guy who was very rude and unprofessional tells me that it was her fault for the car to arrive with no oil or water. It was down for over a freaking month. It had a leak apparently. We spent so much money on oil and parts. So he tells me basically I can't buy a car from them because of her situation and them blaming her. I don't recommend them now. The blonde lady was the only nice one and conveniently not there. They lost my business for sure

  • This is the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Both Chris and Dave we're friendly and honest. The 2010 tundra I bought failed emissions inspection. They sent me to a muffler shop and had new catalytic converters installed at their cost. They never blinked an eye. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is, there were no bogus add-on fees. The only amount added to the quoted price was sales tax. It is a great truck and I'm very happy with the deal. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anybody.

I live in Dallas, so I wanted to be sure about what I was gonna get .. he was able to reassure me & alleviate all my concerns! I felt at home when I walked in & thrilled when I drove off!! I feel like I got a great deal & I absolutely recommend DFW Auto Leader 🖤🖤🖤
