  • If I could give a negative review I would! I originally purcchased my car on 3/29/23. I paid the down payment, signed paperwork and went back the next day to pick up the car after I was told the car would be maintenanced for tires, tuneup oil and washed. Well that never happened. I made repairs myself and all of the repairs made were precursors to the turbo going out. Sufi agreed to pay half of the turbo repair, he then reneged on it, made additional repairs without my knowledge. The car had been sitting in my driveway for 45 days Ihad to upgrade my AAA to have the car towed to him for the turbo repair as he refused to pay a tow truck himself. Well, now he is mad that I refuse to pay the additional repairs that were not approved. He is greedy, cheap, and his mechanic rigs parts on the car to make them work. Oh, by the way, he also claims the payments are higher than the actual sales contract! He likes cash and not checks. The communication is horrible amongst the staff. Attached is a picture of the Coil with a blue rubber piece added to it. I am sure that this was done by his mechanic.

  • I came upon Sufi by accident... I'll explain. There is another sham "dealer" 3 miles away that my wife and I took an uber to. When we got there, it was just office buildings, so I called Cars4less. Came to find out it was a different place altogether. After quickly realizing the place we were at was a shady operation, we figured we we're close by, so let's go take a look. Couldn't have made a better choice!! I sell RV'S, and I was so impressed with Sufi's demeanor and his white gloves approach to building a relationship with his customers, which it's exactly how I approach my business, I would be a fool to not do business with him. He is very up front, honest, and has many avenues for putting a deal together that fits the customer's budget comfortably. I was not looking for another Cadillac, as our previous 5 cars were Cadillacs, but we wound up buying a Cadillac from Sufi and we are very happy with it and WILL definitely buy another car for my wife from Sufi very soon!

  • After a slow process, YVETTE the best at costumer service Stepped in and Helped solve the initial Problems that I had. 2 stars for cars4less without YVETTE 4 to 5 stars with YVETTE.
